Greg Nott, Werksmans chats to CFO South Africa

On Tuesday Alex van Groningen, founding director of CFO South Africa, had the pleasure of meeting Greg Nott, director at Werksmans Attorneys. They chatted about the state of South Africa, which Nott sees in a positive light, and about the growing economies in he rest of the continent. Werksmans is preparing to launch a growth strategy for Africa and is also a founding and managing member of the Lex Africa legal network.

Nott has worked on big business transactions in the past and is especially familiar with the energy sector. Before that he has represented political prisoners who were locked up during apartheid and famous sports people including athletes Caster Semenya and Oscar Pistorius. He says he is following the 'fascinating' court case against the latter closely.
