Grinaker-LTA appoints Esethu Mancotywa as its new CFO

Esethu, a member of the BMF, joins Grinaker having spent several years in the banking industry.

Engineering and construction company Grinaker-LTA has appointed Esethu Mancotywa as its new CFO.

Prior to joining Grinaker, Esethu was assigned to head the CEO’s cluster at Land Bank, where she and her team were tasked with key strategic initiatives aimed at assisting the bank out of the challenges it faced. She has also occupied other key roles in the banking sector, including at Nedbank.

Esethu is a qualified CA(SA) and holds an MBA from GIBS Business School. She is also a member of the black management forum (BMF).

BMF president Andile Nomlala congratulated Esethu on her new role and described the appointment as a move that advances the empowerment of black women in the corporate sector. She said the BMF continues to show corporate SA that it has credible and seasoned leaders within its ranks.
