Hulamin appoints Mark Gounder as new CFO

Mark will take over from exiting Laren Farquharson as the new CFO of Hulamin.

Hulamin has announced the appointment of Meganathan Gounder (Mark) as its new CFO and executive director with effect from 1 April.

Mark’s appointment follows the resignation of acting CFO Laren Farquharson, with effect 31 March.

Mark is a qualified CA(SA) with over 25 years’ experience as a finance professional. He has held various senior finance roles within the Illovo Sugar Group, including FD, which have involved extensive operational experience across Africa, as well as exposure to Europe, Asia and North America.
