Patrick is a corporate finance executive advising JSE-listed and other large companies.
Hulisani has announced the appointment of CA(SA) Patrick David Birkett as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of both the audit and risk and investment committees, with effect from 1 December.
After school, Patrick completed his B.Bus.Sci degree, majoring in accounting and finance, as well as a postgraduate diploma in accounting. He has several years of corporate finance experience and currently serves as a corporate finance executive advising JSE-listed companies and large private companies on mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and listings, and has an in-depth knowledge of the turnaround environment.
