Ian Kramer appointed as CFO, executive director at AECI

AECI has confirmed the permanent appointment of Ian Kramer as CFO and executive director

Ian Kramer has been appointed as the permanent chief financial officer (CFO) and executive director of AECI with effect from 2 June 2025. This appointment follows Ian’s prior position as interim CFO.

Prior to this, Ian was the vice president of AngloGold Ashanti’s Group Finance for almost two years. He was also interim CFO and senior vice president of AngloGold Ashanti’s Group Finance for two years.

Ian is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BCom honours from the University of Pretoria.
