Tatenda steps into the role of interim CFO, allowing Peter Saungweme to focus on the CEO role solely.

JSE-listed Arden Capital has announced the appointment of Tatenda Maponga as its interim CFO.

Tatenda is a qualified CA (Zimbabwe) and holds a bachelor of commerce honours degree in accounting from the University of Science and Technology, as well as a postgraduate diploma in applied accounting sciences from the University of South Africa.

He began his professional career with PwC Zimbabwe and worked in the mining and construction sector before joining the Arden Group in 2019 as group finance manager of its Arden Capital subsidiary.

Peter Saungweme, who has been serving as both CEO and CFO of the group, will now focus solely on his CEO responsibilities.
