Kelebogile will be stepping down as group FD in November to pursue other interests.
Kelebogile Ntlha has resigned as the group FD of Famous Brands with effect from 30 November, to pursue other endeavours.
Kelebogile has been the group FD of Famous Brands since July 2016. She joined the company in August 2014 as company secretary and has served as the group financial executive.
She completed her articles with PwC in 2007, after which she served as the group technical accounting advisor at Eskom and group reporting manager at Afrox.
Famous Brands thanked Kelebogile for her “dedication, hard work and commitment” over the past few years and wished her well in the future.
The company has started the process to find an appropriate successor.
