LibFin CFO appointed group FD for Sasfin board

Angela Pillay has been appointed group financial director for the Sasfin board of directors

Angela Pillay, the outgoing chief financial officer of Liberty Financial Services (LibFin), has been appointed as Sasfin group financial director, effective 1 March 2018. She will also be a director of various Sasfin subsidiaries, including Sasfin Bank Limited.

Pillay, a qualified CA(SA) with a Master’s degree in Financial Services, has 15 years of banking experience in designing, leading and implementing a broad range of initiatives to support business strategy. Prior to joining Liberty, she was employed at Barclays and FNB.
