Marshall Monteagle appoints Heidi Koegelenberg as financial director

Heidi Koegelenberg has been named executive director and financial director of Marshall Monteagle.

Marshall Monteagle announced that Heidi Koegelenberg has been appointed as an executive director and the financial director of the company with effect from 12 September 2025.

Heidi joined the company in November 2024 as the group financial manager. She is a qualified chartered accountant with over 15 years of corporate experience leading diverse teams. Having held senior roles in a multinational corporation, she brings experience in management and statutory reporting, technical accounting, governance and Sarbannes-Oxley Act compliance to the organisation.

She has experience across different corporate sectors in the production, technology and mining segments. She is currently a director of other Marshall Monteagle group operating companies and ensures quality decision-making through all-embracing finance leadership.

Sinenhlanhla Mncwango is the senior writer for CFO South Africa. She grew up in Vryheid, northern KZN; studied journalism at the University of Johannesburg and obtained her honours in 2020.
