Raluca Buzuleac will be taking over from CFO Irina Girgore, who was appointed as deputy CEO.
JSE-listed MAS Group has announced the appointment of Raluca Buzuleac as its new deputy CFO. She will be taking over from CFO Irina Girgore, who was appointed as deputy CEO in August.
Raluca has 15 years of real estate and finance industry experience and has been serving as the operations director of MAS Group since November 2019. Prior to this, Raluca held senior management positions at NEPI Rockcastle and Prime Kapital. She holds a degree in management and started her career at PwC Romania.
The appointment forms part of MAS Group’s transition towards becoming a fully focused Central and Eastern Europe property investor and operator since the transaction with Prime Kapital in November 2019.
