Risto Ketola, currently chief financial officer of MMI, has been appointed the group's FD
Risto Ketola (pictured), the current CFO of MMI Holdings, has been appointed the group’s financial director. The move comes fairly soon after Ketola was appointed CFO, which was late June 2017.
Ketola first joined MMI in 2016 to head up investor relations and business performance management. This, after spending 15 years as an equity research analyst at ING Barings, Deutsche Bank, and most recently at Standard Bank. He has extensive experience as a financial services analyst and researcher with Standard Bank, Ketola Research and Deutsche Bank. As CFO, Ketola currently takes executive accountability for investor relations, performance management, group reporting, certain group-wide services, mergers and acquisitions, and balance sheet management.
