Burstone has announced the appointment of Myles Kritzinger as group CFO.

Myles is a qualified chartered accountant and brings extensive experience in corporate finance and private equity funds management to the role, as well as a deep specialisation in the residential property sector.

He previously held dual leadership roles as CEO and CFO at Transcend Residential Property Fund, where he built a reputation for driving growth and innovation. Myles has worked closely with Burstone in recent months, collaborating on fund management strategies and market opportunities.

Myles will succeed Jenna Sprenger, who will step down from her position as group CFO and debt officer, as well as from the company’s board of directors, effective 31 August 2025, following a transitional period to ensure continuity.

During her 12-year tenure, Jenna was instrumental in driving the group’s international expansion, the internalisation of the management business in both South Africa and Europe in 2023, and the establishment of Burstone’s funds management strategy across Europe and Australia.
