Nonkululeko Dlamini resigns as IDC CFO

Nonkululeko's work at the IDC has seen her nominated for the CFO Awards two consecutive years.

The Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) has announced the resignation of Nonkululeko Dlamini as its CFO with effect from July 2020. 

Nonkululeko joined the IDC in September 2015. According to the statement, she has successfully led several fund-raising drives and assisted the IDC to navigate some tough financial and economic challenges. Under her leadership, the IDC successfully migrated from IAS to the IFRS9 reporting standard.

For her work at the IDC, Nonkululeko was nominated for the 2019 CFO Awards and won the Public Sector CFO of the Year Award. She was also nominated for the 2018 CFO Awards.

Before joining the IDC, Nonkululeko was with Eskom, where she spent 14 years in various executive positions, including acting CFO. She has also served in various directory roles at Kumba Iron Ore and Eskom.
