Nutritional Holdings FD Rammalane Harry Monye resigns

Rammalane's resignation has resulted in the delay of the company's results for February 2020.

JSE-listed Nutritional Holdings has announced the resignation of Rammalane Harry Monye as its FD as of 29 July 2020.

Rammalane has a B.Comm degree and a certificate in intermediate accountancy from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. He is the chairman of the Dikuno tsa Setshaba Community Trust and has worked in various financial positions at various companies over the last 17 years.

The company also advised shareholders that, as a result of Rammalane’s resignation, the results for the year ended 20 February 2020 will be delayed until the end of August.
