Putprop has appointed Alicia Nolte as its new executive director and financial director, effective 1 January 2026, succeeding James Smith who is retiring.
Putprop announced the appointment of Alice Nolte as executive director and financial director from 1 January 2026. She will be replacing James Smith who will be retiring as an executive director and as financial director of Putprop.
Alicia is a qualified chartered accountant with over 11 years extensive experience in financial management, audit, taxation and property investment finance.
She is currently the group financial manager of the Putprop group where she has worked closely with the current CFO over the last three years gaining oversight into all of the group’s financial affairs.
