Evan Tsatsarolakis announces his resignation as the CFO of Taste Holdings.

Evan Tsatsarolakis, CFO of Taste Holdings, has resigned after nine years at the company, with effect from 31 May this year.

Evan joined Taste Holdings in April 2009 as the Financial Director of Food Brands and was appointed as CFO shortly after. He acted in a non-executive capacity to the management boards of the Food and Luxury Goods Divisions and was a member of the executive committee. He was also nominated for the CFO Awards in 2016.

Dylan Pienaar will be stepping in as the Acting CFO when Evan leaves the company, until a suitable candidate is appointed to fill the role.
