Texton Properties CEO Marius Muller resigns

Marius will continue in the role until 30 June to ensure a smooth handover.

JSE-listed Texton Properties has announced the resignation of CEO Marius Muller with effect from 30 June. He will assume the role of non-executive director and member of the capital and investment committee from 1 July. 

The company said in a statement that it was in the process of appointing a new CEO and that Marius has agreed to continue serving as CEO to ensure a smooth handover.

Texton Properties chairman Marcel Golding said:

“Marius stepped in to lead the business at an extremely challenging time for the company...We thank Marius for his ongoing leadership and commitment and look forward to his continued contribution on the board. The board has full confidence that this transition represents a seamless handover and strong continuity.”
