Transcend Residential Property Fund appoints CFO Myles Kritzinger as new CEO

Myles will be taking over from Solly Mboweni, who has stepped down as CEO to fulfil another role.

Transcend Residential Property Fund has announced the appointment of current CFO Myles Kritzinger as its new CEO. Myles will be taking over from Solly Mboweni, who has stepped down as CEO to fulfil another role within the International Housing Solutions South Africa group.

Myles was appointed as CFO for Transcend on 9 March 2018. Prior to joining Transcend, he served as a dealmaker at International Housing Solutions. Before that he served as a corporate consultant at Nimble Group. He started his career at Deloitte as an audit clerk, after which he was appointed as an audit senior.

Myles holds a BCom Accounting honours degree from the University of Johannesburg, as well as a diploma in insolvency law from the University of Pretoria.

The company said in a statement that further announcements will be made as soon as it has identified a suitable replacement for the role of CFO.
