4AX has welcomed diversified financial services group Vunani Capital as its newest approved Issuer Agent.

Prominent pan-African diversified financial services group Vunani Capital has joined forces with 4 Africa Exchange (4AX) as Issuer Agent, something which 4AX CEO, Fay Mukaddam, says the Exchange is “very pleased” about.

Mukaddam said:

“As an independent and blacked-owned financial services group, Vunani Capital has a wealth of knowledge in investment development and investor relations that will certainly benefit investors in issuers listing on the 4AX Exchange. This appointment opens incredible opportunities for Vunani Capital to expand their offering to client further.”

Mukaddam says the Exchange hopes to make financial markets more inclusive by providing a safe and licenced platform that offers easier access and greater product variety. She says: “The owner-managed culture and entrepreneurial passion with which Vunani Capital has been established and operates, and their commitment to seek, secure and offer diversity to their clients, is an essence that resonates with the core of our business.”
