Blake’s history is founded in the area of collections, having started in 1990 as a small debt collection agency. Today, Blake covers the full spectrum of customer lifecycle management with flexible and innovative solutions including data services, customer acquisition, customer service and retention, business process outsourcing, consumer collections, B2B collections, information technology and Wi-Fi analytics. Blake has established itself as a highly respected leader in the business process outsourcing and contact centre industries; focussing on customer lifecycle management and consumer debt collection to provide an outstanding service to its clients. Blake has grown, expanding operations from Durban to Pietermaritzburg and Namibia. The current seat count is 1 200 across all sites, with each site having the capacity to expand operations. Blake’s focus is to partner with their clients in order to develop a closer understanding of their business needs and drivers. As a result, we are able to develop tailored solutions that generate results.
