Andisa Zinja was appointed CFO of the Trans-Caledon Tunnel Authority in April 2025. She has more than 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. Prior to this role, she served as CFO at the Council for Medical Schemes from 2020.

From 2012 to 2020, she was CFO at the Eastern Cape Socio Economic Consultative Council (ECSECC), having joined the organisation earlier as a Finance Manager. Her previous roles also include Assistant Audit Manager at the Auditor-General of South Africa and Article Clerk at PwC in Papua New Guinea.
