André van Deventer joined Master Drilling as a Financial Manager in October 2001 and was promoted to Financial Director in 2002. He has been an Executive Director of Master Drilling Group Ltd since 4 December 2011. Prior to joining Master Drilling, he served as an Accountant at Gericke, Rademeyer & Newton Walker Chartered Accounts from 1995 to 1999 and then as Financial Manager at Beefmaster (Pty) Ltd from 1999 to 2001. He not only serves as the Director of Master Drilling (Pty) Ltd, but also of Drilling Technical Services (Pty) Ltd, Drillcorp Africa (Pty) Ltd, DNA Developments (Pty) Ltd and Nicaud Companies 127 (Pty) Ltd. He earned Bachelor of Accounting from University of Potchefstroom in 1998. He us a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) from SAICA in 2000.

About Master Drilling Group Ltd: Master Drilling is recognised as a world leader in the raisebore drilling services industry. Master Drilling provides specialised drilling services to blue-chip major and mid-tier companies in the mining, civil engineering and energy sectors, across a number of commodities.
