Bridget Duker was apppointed Chief Operating Officer of Rothschild & Co in 2021. Pior to this she was a non-executive director of African Rainbow Capital Investments Limited and a non-executive director of Alexander Forbes Group Holdings Limited. She serves as a board member of A2X Proprietary Limited, A2X Pty Ltd and Colourfield Liability Solutions Proprietary Limited.
Bridget was also CFO at African Rainbow Capital’s CFO and a partner at Deloitte, where she serviced JSE-listed clients, including Imperial Holdings Limited, PPC Limited and Iliad Africa Limited. She joined Deloitte Johannesburg in 2006 as a manager after an international secondment with Deloitte Canada. In her role as audit manager from 2007 to 2012, she has served a diverse range of clients and had a broad range of experience with a specific focus on the IT, wholesale, retail and hospitality industries. She is a member of the SAICA Accreditations and Monitoring Sub Committee. She is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds a BCom Degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and an Honours degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
