David Gibbs is a long-time Yum! veteran and has broad and deep experience in finance, global strategy and brand building. Previously, he was CEO of the global Pizza Hut division and prior to that, he was President and CFO of Yum! Restaurants International. He has a strong track record as a CFO and in senior leadership roles in asset development, real estate, supply chain and information technology. David holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.Sc in Mathematical Science from Johns Hopkins University. He is also an Independent Director on the board of Sally Beauty Holdings, where he also serves on the Audit Committee. In January 2020 David was appointed CEO of Yum! Brands.
