Debbie Ransby has a CTA from UNISA and is a Chartered Accountant (SA). She began her career at PwC, where numerous dealings with clients such as Pharmacare, Aspen and Ingelheim led her to pursue an interest in healthcare. She assumed a managerial position with GlaxoSmithKline, rising to senior finance manager in her seven years with the pharmaceutical company, before joining Takeda as finance director in September 2017. In 2019 she joined Connected Coaching as a Business Coaching Specialist. Debbie was the winner of the Moving into Africa award at the 2017 CFO Awards.
