Frans Olivier qualified as a CA in 2004 and performed his articles at KPMG in Johannesburg. Shortly after completion of his articles he joined Steinhoff Africa Holdings Proprietary Limited (Steinhoff). Frans gained extensive experience in various roles in the Steinhoff and KAP Industrial Holdings Limited (KAP) Groups over a period of 11 years. His most recent appointments have been as the Chief Financial Officer of KAP’s diversified industrial segment and, prior to that, as the Chief Financial Officer of PG Bison, a major subsidiary of KAP. Frans was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of KAP on 15 April 2016.
