Glenn Fullerton served as CEO of MB Technologies Limited (now Tarsus Technology Group) from July 2009 to October 2013, and CFO from 2000 to July 2009. He was employed in a group financial management role at Rembrandt's JSE-listed subsidiary, Hunt Leuchars and Hepburn Ltd. He served as Divisional Director of two large divisions at Kohler Limited, and as Divisional Financial Director of Malbak Group. He joined the corporate finance team of Malbak Ltd in 1995, where he gained a wide range of experience, including feasibility studies, capital raising, due diligence procedures, acquisitions and disposals. He was involved in the unbundling of the JSE-listed R8.8 billion Malbak Group. He has been a Director of Nampak Holdings (UK) Limited since 2 October 2015 and is currently the CFO and Executive Director of Nampak Ltd. He serves as a Non-Executive Director of Storage Technologies Services Pty Ltd, and served as a Director of MB Technologies Ltd. Glenn holds a B.Compt, B.Compt (Hons) and CTA, and also holds a CA (SA), obtained in 1993. When he is not in the office he likes a round of golf or burning off some energy on his bike.
