John Snalam was the Chief Financial Officer of Coronation Fund Managers from its inception in 1993 until 2019. During that time, he was been responsible for all finance and legal functions related to the business, as well as the responsibilities for operations, risk and compliance. He also held directorships on the boards of all South African operating subsidiaries of the group. Prior to joining Coronation, John spent eight years in the fields of finance, operations and compliance within financial services companies in London and South Africa. John was appointed to the board in November 2012. He is currently the Chairman of the Trovio Group.
