Kelebogile Ntlha was the Group Financial Director of Famous Brands Ltd from 2016 to 2021 and served as its Company Secretary from 2014 to 2016. Lebo completed her articles with PwC in 2007, after which she gained a lot of experience in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as part of her roles as Group Technical Accounting Advisor at Eskom and Group Reporting Manager at African Oxygen Limited. She was responsible for various functions within finance, including ensuring compliance with the JSE Listing requirements. She has been a Director at Famous Brands Ltd since 15 August 2016. Lebo has made a considerable contribution in the area of Integrated Reporting in her previous role as a result of insights gained from her research report on integrated reporting. She is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and holds an MBA degree from Wits University.
