Kieron Futter has considerable local and international experience in the fields of business consolidation and restructuring. He also has sound knowledge and experience of IFRS, USA GAAP and other financial legislation. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial management in various industries, including five years at GlaxoSmithKline in Consumer Health Care (in the UK and Dubai), five years as Chief Financial Officer of TransUnion Group Africa incorporating 31 companies, with the international holding company being based in Chicago, USA. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Nando’s company-owned restaurants with a major focus on the financial management for two years. Kieron holds B.Com and a Higher Diploma in Auditing from University of Johannesburg and CIMA. He is a qualified CA (SA). He was appointed CFO of Ascendis Health Ltd in 2015 and stepped down in 2020. He is currently the Group CFO for Country Bird Holdings.
