Liaan Kretzchmar was appointed CFO of Jaguar Land Rover SA in January 2014. He served his articles with KPMG. qualifying as a Chartered Account in 2007. In 2008 he went abroad, joining the audit division of KPMG’s Gatwick Office in West Sussex, England. He then moved to McLaren in May 2010. Liaan joined the Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) team with the objective of providing financial oversight and strategic financial guidance, while at the same time keeping rigorous control of all financial aspects of the business. Liaan has an M.Com South African and International Taxation, and a B Com (Hons) Chartered Accountancy and Certificate in the Theory of Accounting (CTA).
