Marinella Vigouroux was appointed CFO of Howden Americas in March 2021. Prior to this she was CFO Howden Africa Holdings Limited. She moved to the CFO role from a Financial Director role within the Fans and Heat Exchangers division of Howden. She brings with her, her extensive knowledge of the Construction and Engineering industry and a key operational understanding of the Howden business. She has specific expertise in financial control, systems implementation, strategic management and financial management and reporting. Prior to working at Howden, Marinella was a Financial Manager at Kentz. She did her articles at Grant Thornton and is a CA (SA). She has a B.Com Honours from the University of Pretoria. She sits on the Sustainability and Governance Committees and attends the Audit Risk Committee meetings by invitation only.
