Marius van Reenen has a B.Com Accounting degree and a Masters in Business Management from the University of Johannesburg and he is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA). He was awarded an Anglo American Commemoration Scholarship and received 18 months training within the Anglo group of companies. In 2008, he relocated to Brussels in Belgium, where he joined the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group. In 2011 he rejoined Deloitte in Johannesburg as a Manager in the Financial Institutions Services Team. He was promoted to Senior Manager in 2012. He was appointed the CFO of Cartrack Holdings South Africa in July 2016 and resigned in 2018. He is currently the COO Africa RSO at Mix Telematics. He was also the Client Account Manager for an Office of the CEO client, the Learning manager for FIST, a member of the Deloitte Audit Business Support Team and an Active participant in Graduate Recruitment.
