Morgan Nhiwatiwa has been the CFO of Walter Sisulu University since January 2019. He joined the company from the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS), where he worked for two years in various senior manager and acting CFO roles.
Before this, he was an associate director and senior manager at EY. From 2006 until 2008 he was a senior manager at Ngubane & Co, and he spent a year as the CFO of Hastt Zimbabwe before that.
Morgan started his career doing his articles at KPMG Zimbabwe. Since then, he has gathered as many qualifications as he can, including CMA, CA(SA), CA(Zim), BCom honours in accounting, and more.
For his work as the CFO of Walter Sisulu University, Morgan has been nominated for the 2024 CFO Awards.
