Namir Waisberg is a qualified Actuary and a CFA Charterholder with a B.Sc from the University of the Witwatersrand. He has over 14 years of experience in finance, financial markets and investments. Namir has served as a board member of the FTSE/JSE Index Committee since 2006. He is also a Founding Partner and Chief Financial Officer of Sail. He has previously worked for Investec and as a Lecturer in Actuarial Science at the WITS. He was appointed Financial Director of Chrometco in August 2017 and left in 2018.
