Nick Matulovich has been working for the Resilient Group since 2012 where he has been actively involved in the group’s new initiatives such as Resilient Africa in Nigeria and Rockcastle, as well as overseeing the group’s structuring considerations. He has been actively involved in the management of Rockcastle from its initial listing and continues to have direct oversight over the financial function. Nicholas was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of Rockcastle Global Real Estate in 2014 and stepped down in 2017. He is now a Partner at Credence Capital. Nick previously worked for EY and spent time in both audit as well as the Transaction Tax division, a division that was one of the most successful and active M&A advisory businesses in Africa. He has M.Com in Taxation from the University of the Witwatersrand.
