Patsy Watson joined Stenham Property in May 2007 as Financial Director, having spent three years as Financial Director of a division of Regus. Prior to that, she had 13 years of experience in corporate finance and project structuring as a Partner at Neil Thomas Associates. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in Johannesburg, after serving articles with PwC. She graduated from WITS with Bachelor degrees in Commerce and Accountancy. She also completed a two-year Postgraduate course in Taxation. She was appointed CFO of Stenprop Ltd in October 2014 and left the position in 2019.
