Peter Harris was appointed Co-CEO of JLL in 2021. He was chief financial and operations officer, JLL Sub-Saharan Africa and Tétris South Africa from 2013 to 2021. Peter qualified as an electrical engineer in 2003, going on to complete auditing articles at KPMG in Johannesburg to become a CA(SA) in 2010. He then spent three years in corporate finance and joined JLL in 2013 to drive its expansion strategy across Africa. For the past five years, Peter has managed the Sub-Saharan African firm, including Tétris South Africa, from a finance and operations perspective, including the rollout of offices in new countries, new business lines, structuring, M&A, legal, regulatory compliance, IT and black economic empowerment.
