Peter Walsh joined Servest in April 2012, bringing with him a solid track record of senior roles at companies like Experian and Woolworths despite being only 36 years old. His passion for communication, leadership and the demystification of finance through partnering with the business is what drives him to succeed. Peter has steered numerous acquisitions across the line and also played a key role in Servest becoming 51% black owned. He was also a key negotiator in the financed MBI deal. He believes that the finance function cannot be just one of reporting and compliance, but that finance needs to be adding real bottom line profits to the business. He has a post-graduate diploma in accounting from the University of Cape Town. He moved to ITL as Group CFO in 2018. He is currently CEO of Atalian Global Services.
