Ralph Buddle has been the CFO of TFG (The Foshini Group) since April 2024. Before that, he was the company’s group head of finance and advisory.
Ralph joined TFG from Oceana Group, where he was interim CFO for a year, and acting company secretary for a couple of months. He spent 18 years at Woolworths before this, first as head of corporate finance for 14 years, and later as director of strategy and business development for four years. He has served in various finance manager roles with companies, including Irvin and Johnson, Anglian Water Services and Multistar Tank Leasing.
Ralph completed his articles at MGI Bass Gordon in 1991 after completing his postgraduate diploma in accounting at the University of Cape Town.
