Refiloe Nkadimeng was appointed CFO of African Rainbow Capital in February 2020. She was also Group Financial Director of Thebe Investment Corporation (Pty) Ltd. Refiloe has held various positions in Finance from being an Audit Manager at SizweNtsalubaGobodo to joining RBH first as a Group Reporting Manager and then as General Finance Manager. She served with RBH since 2007 before joining Thebe. Her accountabilities in these various positions included the whole range of financial roles, risk management and corporate governance.
