Rina Smith has been the CFO of Growth Ten since November 2022. She has also been the CFO and FD of Motsepe Group of Companies, Bravo Brands and Thorburn Security Solutions.
She started her career at HLB Prangleys as a trainee accountant, and later became a senior internal auditor at companies like BHP and Barloworld. She was a finance executive at PLascon for a year, and a group financial manager for Tsebo Solutions Group for six years.
Rina is a qualified CA and CIA, with a BCom honours degree in accounting from the University of Johannesburg. She completed GIBS Business School’s Leadership Development Programme in 2021.
