Roger Pitt is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with a B.Com Accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg. After completing his articles, he moved into corporate finance, where he gained broad experience in the full scope of corporate actions and also attended board and audit committee meetings of Main Board and AltX listed clients in order to advise them on statutory and regulatory requirements. He owns and runs an import and distribution business in the medical industry. They hold the distribution rights for Medela in South Africa. He also serves on Cognition Holdings Ltd, Merchantec (Pty) Ltd, ISA Holdings Ltd and FedGroup’s boards as an Independent, Non-Executive Director. He was appointed CFO of ISA Holdings in January 2017 and stepped down in the same year. He is the Founder of Roger Pitt Consulting.
