Ronel van Dijk graduated from the University of Stellenbosch with an Honours degree in Accounting. After that, she qualified as a CA(SA) in 1997. She has worked as an audit manager in Cape Town. In January 2003, Ms. van Dijk became the Group Financial Director of Spur Corp Ltd, after which she moved on to being Group Chief Financial Officer In January 2005. Ms. van Dijk became the Financial Director of the company in September 2006. In February 2012, Ronel van Dijk became the Chief Financial Officer of Spur Corporation Limited. In 2019 she took over as the CFO of PPC. She now works as an Independent Consultant. Ronel says she owes her success to working with "strong people who speak up when they disagree." For her work as the CFO of Spur, Ronel was nominated for the CFO Awards 2015.
