Shadi Makhuvele is the group chief financial officer at Afrirent Holdings, a role she has held since February 2026.

Shadi is a qualified CA(SA) and holds a BCom honours in accounting and a BCom in accounting.

She has also completed a management development programme at Wits Business School and holds a certification in municipal finance management.
