Thabile Ngidi started her career at PwC South Africa, where she completed her articles in 2009. She then joined Nampak as a divisional finance manager until 2014, after which she served as the head of finance for Saint Gobain Construction Products (Weber South Africa). In 2016, she joined Colgate-Palmolive as a senior finance manager. A year later, she became a finance consultant for China African Previous Metals. From 2018 she served as the finance manager of the Toyota franchise at Barloworld Motor Retail South Africa, before being appointed as Bidvest Prestige’s CFO in 2023.
Thabile has a BCom honours degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a qualified chartered accountant. She also completed a management development programme with GIBS in 2011.
