Thiru Naicker has been appointed the CFO of Nampak effective from 1 August 2026, succeeding Glen Fullerton. Prior to that she was the CFO of the gains and bakeries department of Pepsico from 2022. She also served as the head of finance at Massdiscounters, Game and Dionwired.
She was also a finance director of Masscash Holdings for almost five years and held the same position at Unilever SA for almost three years before joining Masscash Holdings.
