Thobeka Ntshiza was been the FD at Zeda since 2022. Before this she was the CFO of Southern Africa, and she was the CFO for Avis Fleet prior to that.
Thobeka is a professional accountant and passionate about talent development, coaching and mentoring. She has gained experience in automotive, FMCG and Manufacturing environments and was a Top 35 under 35 CAs in South Africa finalist in 2015.
Before she joined Avis she was the FD at Barloworld Logistics. Thobeka serves as a council member of Children of the Dawn, a foundation which takes cares of orphans in South Africa. Prior to joining Barloworld Logistics, she served in various financial roles at Aveng Manufacturing, Coca-Cola South Africa and Sasol Technology. She completed her articles with Sasol Chemical Industries.
Thobeka has a higher national diploma in organisational leadership and a certificate in management development from Towerstone and the University of Pretoria respectively. She holds various leadership qualifications in addition to her two post-graduate degrees in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of KwaZulu Natal. Thobeka further completed the International Executive Development Programme: Development Finance with Regenesys Business School in 2021
Thobeka has been nominated for the 2024 CFO Awards for her work as the CFO of Zeda.
