Tyrone Soondarjee has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Cell C, he was the Financial Director of Sasfin Group, a position he held since 2010. His decade of distinguished service at the business started in 2007, when he was appointed as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. Throughout his tenure, Tyrone served on several boards within the Sasfin Group. Previously, he held several executive level positions at Deloitte and was the Financial Director at TNBS Mutual Bank. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and received his B.Compt Honours degree from UNISA. He was appointed CFO of Cell C in July 2017 and stepped down in 2018. He is a Lead Independent Director ant Grindrod Bank.
