Udayan Sen is a finance professional with more than 28 years of post-qualification experience with the last 20 years at BP Plc . He was appointed CFO of Global Castrol Lubricants  in January 2020. During his time at BP, he has gained experience in group planning and strategy, business development in new markets (primarily, India and China) including new geographic entries and global and regional finance roles. He was appointed CFO or BP Southern Africa in August 2015 and January 2019 he moved on to become CFO of the AsPac Fuels & Air division in BP Australia. His leadership style has been described as open and inclusive with passion for people and relationships. His favorite pastimes include playing tennis, light reading and traveling to new countries. He is a fan of cricket and will never miss an opportunity to play if an invitation presents itself. Udayan has a B.Com from St Xaviers and is a qualified CA (India).

About BP : AsPac Fuels & Air is a division of BP. With over 500 BP service stations nationwide, BP SA is one of the largest oil companies in the country. BP SA on refining and marketing or fuels and lubricants. They process crude oil at the SAPREF refinery and manufacture lubricants at an oil blending plant located in the city of Durban. In addition to a national network of BP branded service stations, they operate nine depots and three coastal installations, as well as the largest rail gantry in Africa located in Pretoria with planned upgrades to key depots.
